It isn’t just Dassin, dreaming of autumnal colours, at times wild, at others, mild, setting the hills, mountains, and our countryside (where the seasons are always larger than life) ablaze.

Charlevoix is the feeling of being on holiday all year long, with the good life close at hand: A feeling so good, you want to share it.

In the sun, in the rain, at noon or (almost) midnight... You’ll find welcoming patios on the rue Richelieu in the Pointe-au-Pic neighbourhood in La Malbaie.

With the snow barely gone, we’re getting out patio chairs; with the first rays of sun, sneakers start to appear on sidewalks. This is our list for welcoming spring in, in Charlevoix style!

From one day to the next, the sun at its peak doesn’t provide as much heat as it did yesterday. And just yesterday, the scent of sun-warmed hay filled the air. But today, the aromas of dried leaves and over-ripe fruit fallen from trees and bushes drifts on the wind.
