A table with a view
at the Auberge des 3 canards inn.

Auberge
des 3 canards inn.

The name of the inn, 3 Canards [3 Ducks], is based on wordplay from the French "doc," (referring to the three doctors who founded the inn) and the English "ducks," and there's no doubt that the name makes you want to sit down to a nicely cooked piece of poultry… And sure enough, that’s what’s being served! Duck from La Ferme Basque de Charlevoix, local Migneron cheese, vegetables from local growers: The plateful and the panoramic view compete with each other to win the hearts of the foodies sitting at the tables and staying in the rooms at the Auberge des 3 Canards inn, at
La Malbaie.
