Winner of Quebec’s 2019 La voix competition, resident of Charlevoix and the Isle-aux-Coudres, and an involved entrepreneur is photographed here in her role as a luminous ambassador, covered in jewels and finery, creations of the artists who belong to Charlevoix’s Corporation des Métiers d’art [arts and crafts corporation]…
It’s at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, where the Salon des Métiers d’Art [arts and crafts expo] takes place in November of each year, that Geneviève strikes a pose, adorned with jewellery from Joaillerie amulette, wrapped in Mohair wool scarves, surrounded by wood and metal sculpture, furs, throws, and glass lamps created here, in Charlevoix.
Jewels, bags, accessories, pottery, and decorative items can be found on the La Corporation des Métiers d’Art store shelves, located on rue Ambroise-Fafard in Baie-Saint-Paul. It’s one of the top spots for discovering the area’s talent!
