From L’eau de vie de Petit-Lait spirits, to fiery vinegar,
of vines and of evenings spent beside the wood-fired oven:
the land is passed down from one generation of community-minded,
ecologically-aware rogues-turned-farmers to the next,
who transform the face of the region’s terroir.

Le Charlevoyou X Les jardins de la Minga

Domaine
Le Charlevoyou

Where viticulture and a love for the North go hand in hand. Domaine Charlevoyou, a Famille Migneron parcel of land, grows organic grapes, works wines with indigenous yeasts and creates spirits from grape marc. Madeleine, Alexandre Dufour and Philippe Juneau, master several grape varieties: the Oscéola Muscat, the Sainte-Croix, the Radisson, the Marquette and the Somerset. And where there’s cheese, there’s whey, which in turn can be transformed into spirits! Pet Nat, natural wines and spirits, we invite you to toast with the rogues of Charlevoix.
