The Les Éboulements seigneurial mill

Did you know that, on the site of the former Les Éboulements seigneury, the last working, solely water-powered mill can still be found doing its job, all year ‘round? Built in 1790, and operated by Jean-Guy Tremblay, an ancestor of the very first miller, who learned this trade from his father, this mill and its mechanism still produce wheat and buckwheat flour today. It’s sold on-site, and is perfect for making your Sunday pancakes!
Drop by the site and visit from June 24 to August 23 in the summer, and visit by appointment during the rest of the year.
